  Great hotel, excellent location. Restaurants, rooms are fine. Would stay again. They do seem to get confused however when rooms are prepaid, presenting a bill as if it were not. I booked two rooms. One night, one of the rooms were was not used and they booked it, this based on housekeepings assessment that we must have checked out when we did not. They made it up by giving my daughter an executive room the next night. Small thing, but if somebody books a room and for some reason does not use it one night, let desk know.

  We had a group of 44 staying here. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating, not to mention friendly. The rooms are beautiful and the beds make you want to sleep forever. This is a must stay in Warsaw
